Limited Warranty & Protection Plan Policy


We warrant our product(s) for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with the documentation provided with product(s). Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer product(s). Warranty services are available only in countries where our product(s) are sold directly by BRIGHT or an authorized retailer.

In the event of a defect, contact our Customer Service team at support@beacon40.com. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

BRIGHT’s sole obligation under this warranty will be at its option to repair or replace the product. Replaced products will be warranted for the remaining period of the original warranty. Replacement products may contain new or refurbished parts.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage, defect, issue, failure, or the like caused by or resulting from accident, external destruction, alteration, modification, abuse, misuse, or misapplication of our product(s).
  • Problems caused by ordinary wear, failure to follow directions, or improper maintenance.    
  • Batteries or parts (i.e. power supply, cable cord, etc.)
  • Damage to product(s) resulting from return shipping or handling. Shipping insurance is recommended to help protect your product.
  • Product(s) purchased from non-authorized retailers and resellers.
  • Product(s) where the serial number has been removed or modified.

The Product(s) are not designed for or warranted against damage from use in areas subject to extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, or other inherently hazardous environments. All implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of this warranty. Except for the limited express warranties set forth above, BRIGHT disclaims all other express or implied warranties or conditions. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.


Protection Plan Policy


Our optional Protection Plan replaces the standard one-year hardware warranty when purchased. For example, if you purchase a 3-year plan, your total coverage is 3 yearsnot one year plus three. This plan includes coverage for unexpected incidents and provides a hassle-free replacement at no additional cost (limited to one replacement per unit per year). We provide free shipping for the replacement device, and we may ask you to return the faulty unit, in which case shipping costs may apply.  This plan does not cover loss, theft, or intentional damage.
