Flickering Light Could Be the New Treatment for Alzheimer’s

A Georgia Tech study reveals that flickering lights and sounds have been shown to be tolerable, safe, and effective in treating adults with mild cognitive impairment. These findings show that prolonged gamma sensory flicker is safe, tolerable, and feasible with preliminary indications of immune and network effects, supporting further study of gamma stimulation in fighting Alzheimer’s Disease.
